An evening of pure sophistication awaits in the intimate setting of our Private Muga Room.

Hosted by Angèle Yang of LVMH, this exclusive dinner celebrates the artistry and elegance of Dom Pérignon, showcasing some of its most distinguished vintages paired with an exquisite tasting menu crafted by our Le Monde culinary team.

Evening experience

On arrival:

A glass of Dom Pérignon Brut 2015, perfectly complemented by hand-selected canapés:

Lobster tartlet
Fresh scallop ceviche
Teriyaki fillet
Asparagus quiche

Dinner:

Dom Pérignon P2 2004, paired with roasted guinea fowl
Dom Pérignon Rosé 2009, paired with homemade rhubarb and strawberry roulade

Dom Pérignon Dinner – Terms & Conditions

1. Event Time & Location

The event takes place on Thursday, 13th November 2025, from 18:30 to 21:30, in the Private Muga Room at Le Monde Restaurant, Cardiff.

Please arrive promptly to enjoy the full champagne pairing experience.

2. Seating & Atmosphere

Seating is intimate and pre-arranged within our Private Muga Room.

As this is a limited-capacity event (12 guests), we kindly ask attendees to respect the timings and flow of the hosted dinner.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Tickets are non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled by the organiser.

In the unlikely event of cancellation, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Name changes or ticket transfers must be requested by email at least 24 hours before the event.

4. Allergies & Dietary Requirements

A curated tasting menu will be served to complement the Dom Pérignon pairings.

If you have specific dietary requirements or allergies, please inform us at least 7 days before the event so we can advise on suitability.
